SHIPPING:  
To the 50 States, territories and possessions of the USA only.
  Standard shipping is UPS Ground. 
We also ship by FedEx and the USPS at our discretion. 
Shipping charges (below) apply for addresses within the contiguous US. 

There is no minimum order except for items that are packaged as more than one.  The standard shipping charge is $6.50 per order*** and if our actual shipping cost is less, the difference will be retained as a handling charge.  

We do not ship freight collect.

ISSUES REGARDING BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES:

BILLING ADDRESS:  The correct CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS is required for processing payment.   Please check your appropriate records to be sure you furnish the correct billing address for your credit card.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:  ***Complete and accurate address is required by UPS and the USPS.  You will by liable for any chargeback from UPS or for re-shipment by the USPS because of address errors.  If an attempt to deliver is made by UPS and you elect to re-direct the package, you will be liable for the additional charge.

Orders that require delivery faster than by ground must be in our hands early in the day, Eastern Time.  On most days, you must establish your request  by email to find out if that is possible on that day.  We are usually able to ship such orders later in the day if it is absolutely necessary, but a $25.00 surcharge will be added for the special handling required to get the order to the carrier's terminal.  

**Shipping is billed at the published rate from the carrier for expedited shipments.  If the package is delayed by any reason outside the control of the carrier (such as weather), there is no adjustment to the shipping charge.  (We do not agree with this policy from the carrier, but it is the policy.)

Harrington Lights reserves the right to reject any order.

• Orders for bulbs (including fluorescents  12" nominal length and under)  will incur a flat rate shipping  charge of $6.50 (per order).   If your order requires additional cartons, there will be no additional shipping charge.
  

• Orders for fluorescent lamps in excess of 12" nominal length up to and including 48" nominal length incur a flat rate shipping & handling charge of $10.50 for the first package.  Additional packages incur a per box packing charge of $4.00.  Products of this kind that are listed on our pages show a packing charge of $4.00 included in the price of the item, as in the instance of our Convenience Packs, followed by the Standard Shipping Charge in our store.  The packing charge is a per box charge, while the shipping charge is a per order charge.  We are attempting to clarify and to streamline our fluorescent department.  Please bear with us!

We do not ship fluorescents in excess of 96" nominal length.

Cancelled Orders:  If an order is cancelled before we have processed it, there is no charge.  If the order has been processed, there is an administrative charge of 10% of the order.  The minimum administrative charge is $2.00.   Please note other restrictions under our return policy.
